ASI President Chris Chavez, center, and other students pose Wednesday afternoon for a photo during the “More than Numbers Flashmob” event in the University Student Union. The pose was in the shape of a number one (see above image). Chavez said that the flashmob was part of a larger campaign and concentrated effort with other student governments to mobilize students to rally against further student cuts. “We are more than numbers!” Chavez said to the crowd. “We are Long Beach!”
